This was completely unexpected. My friend and I wandered in while taking a walk through and expected standard pub food around 3 this Monday. We honestly wandered in because a lot of places were shut for evening prep and it was almost completely empty. We were sooo wrong and were so happy to have stumbled upon it! The burger and fries were fantastic. The leek and potato soup was so comforting. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and really fresh. The star of the show was the sriracha glazed fried chicken thighs (gluten free as well)!!! I would come back here to eat these again and again and am keen to try the rest of the menu. It was the best surprise for a Monday off before going back to work, and we both have already planned to come back here with other people and our friend group!

Lovely atmosphere foody pub, hosting a range of events. Went for a work Xmas social and the quality of food for the group of 20 was impressive - even the turkey! Ox cheek was tear away melt in your mouth and really well presented. Sticky toffee pudding was beautifully balanced, not too heavy or sweet & topped with a lovely oat crunchy to give a lovely melody of texture.

We really recommend Coin Laundry for your next big event, small gathering, after work drinks or last minute lunch. We had our wedding reception, including three course meal, speeches, evening food, DJ and wedding band at Coin Laundry in May this year. From beginning to end, the team were incredibly professional, friendly, passionate and detail oriented. No question was too small (or big) and they all shared fast, considered responses. Ahead of the wedding, one of my bridesmen and I shifted our weekly hang out from another pub to the Coin Laundry so we spent a lot of time there, across various months and times of day. So I can say with complete confidence that the team is endlessly consistent and persistent in their efforts to provide best in class service and food. I loved the team at Coin Laundry and they made our day so special. I hope everyone spends their wedding day with them. Thanks CL team - we love you!

We held our wedding reception at Coin Laundry and it was absolutely perfect! All of the food & drinks were delicious and had great reviews from our guests, the space looked wonderful and evening DJ was brilliant. The staff were all super helpful and friendly throughout all the planning and provided amazing service on the day itself. We loved every minute of it and can't wait to come back for another visit. Had an amazing dinner here with lamp, potatoes, salsa verde and some other things. Perfect portion size and well priced. Staff was really friendly and welcoming, but also let you relax and hang out. Really nice location - music was a bit loud but otherwise loved it. It’s also dog friendly. Will definitely come back.

We had our wedding at Coin Laundry two weeks ago and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the day special. The food was absolutely incredible; every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, with our guests still talking about it weeks later. Arthur and Max were nothing short of magnificent — calm, organised, and effortlessly cool under pressure. They went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, and they did it all with a smile. The space itself has such a great vibe — stylish yet relaxed, with a buzzing atmosphere that made it the perfect setting for our celebration. Massive thank you to the whole team. If you're looking for a venue with heart, flavour, and fantastic people, Coin Laundry is it. Five stars all the way.
